Jayda has lived in the greater Portland metro area since 2000, and received her B.A. degree from Portland State University, where she graduated cum laude. She has worked as an employment industry professional since 2002, holding positions within corporate talent acquisition, agency staffing, and national executive search. Over the last 15 years, Jayda has helped place hundreds of candidates in positions across the country, assisting small/privately-held companies, regional/national organizations, and global Fortune 500 companies with their hiring & staffing needs.
In addition to her recruiting experience, Jayda has also worked within higher education as a Director of Career Services, where she developed and taught courses on resume writing, job search strategy, targeted job responses, interview skills, and professional career development.
